Who owns
BoilerGreen.
BoilerGreen AS is majority-owned by Brix Energy ApS. All founders and employees are part of the ownership group, and Frederik Skartstein and Morten Hagen represent the owners on the board.
The company was founded in 2023 in Flekkefjord. In August 2026 it acquired the software and technology company Evenly, and it runs its Finnish operations through the subsidiary BoilerGreen I Oy.
We are now scaling from the plants we run today to a portfolio across the Nordics: more plants under BoilOptimizer, more Hybrid Boilers delivered, and the model proven in Norway and Finland rolled out to new markets. The work is supported by Innovation Norway and SkatteFUNN.
